Xiaomi 14 Pro: check the first image

The next Xiaomi 14 Pro, smartphone that will replace thecurrent 13 Pro which debuted in Europe last February, will not be released until December (or perhaps in the new year). However, the rumors concerning the technical data sheet of the device are starting to chase each other, of which the first image is circulating right now. Let's find out everything in detail.

Xiaomi 14 Pro is shown for the first time

The image, which can be seen on the cover of this article, was posted by Ice Universe on Twitter. The render shows a smartphone with a curved display, rounded corners and very thin and homogeneous bezels on all four sides, including the chin.

The presence of only the small upper hole, where the camera is housed, makes the screen-body ratio very high. At the moment there are no other images, but from this render it is possible to have a first aesthetic overview of the device.

Merit instead of Digital Chat Station if we can rattle off the first information related to the technical sector. According to the well-known leaker, Xiaomi 14 Pro should mount the chipset with Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 and a battery from 5000 mAh with quick charge a 90/120W wired and 50W wireless.

It is also hypothesized that there are two variants of the same device. One should have a flat display and recharge at 90 W, the other with a curved display (the one of the render) and recharge at 120 W.

Will the Xiaomi 14 Pro camera have WLG lenses?

According to some rumors, the smartphone in question may have a camera with WLG lenses (Water Level Glass) with a hybrid structure, a large focal aperture and an anti-reflection coating. They make it possible to reduce the size of the camera and therefore to reduce the weight and thickness of the device.

The first phone to have them was the Redmi K40 Gaming Edition. We'll see if the Xiaomi 14 Pro will also adopt them.
