Xiaomi at the ChinaJoy 2018 presents the enhanced versions of Mi Notebook Pro and Mi Gaming Notebook

And there are two noetbooks that Xiaomi released today at the event ChinaJoy and both excite the fans of the sector. The first product is the known Mi Notebook Pro with 15,6 inch display is it is renewed in the processor, adopting the eighth generation of the'Intel i7-8550U or the less powerful variant with Intel i5 CPU. There is 8 / 16 GB of DDR4 RAM Dual Channel 2400 MHz and 256 GB of SSD PCIe storage, but most of all the passion is the new graphics card, the GTX 1050 MAX-Q to which is added a new power supply via USB Type-C charger from 90W.

All this translates into a improvement of the already excellent performance of 20% but above all the autonomy of the Xiaomi notebook is also improved. Since the new Mi Notebook Pro is decidedly more powerful, it has also been improved cooling system, managing to process a volume of 38,5% greater than a traditional system present in rival models, managing, however, to stabilize the surface temperature at low values. Finally, the data transmission speeds are also improved, reaching values ​​of 312 MB / s, reducing the import time from SD cards or other devices, thanks to the adoption of the module UHS-II Reader Professional. Xiaomi Mi Notebook Pro from 15,6 in the new enhanced will be on sale from the 16 August at the official company channels at a price of 6299 yuan (about 794 euro) for the i5 version with 8 GB of RAM while for the version with i7 CPU and 16 GB of RAM we go up to 7599 yuan (about 958 euro).

But the real star of the day was the Mi Gaming Notebook, the gaming solution that the company has thought of real fans in the industry. Also in this case we find one new eighth generation Intel i7-8750H CPU coupled to 16 GB of RAM DDR4 Dual Channel 2666 MHz, with dual slots thus allowing the user to further expand the memory. At the storage level we find a double integrated solution consisting of 256 GB type SSD PCIe but also 1 TB type HHD. Finally, there is an Intel 2 × 2 AC 16 MHz wireless network card, UHS-I 104 MB / se card reader NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 graphics card with dedicated 6 GB DDR5 memory. 

The Intel i7-8750H processor is an 12 hex-core thread with clock frequency up to 4,1 GHz giving away 60% processing performance higher than the previous generation which inevitably have a positive effect on gaming sessions. Confirmed the minimalist design with a metal structure and an innovative cooling system that also uses one feature called "Tornado", which allows you to quickly reduce the temperature. 15,6-inch display and Dolby audio system with Sony Hi-Res certification complete the picture for the multimedia and gaming experience offered by the product but from a good tradition to honor the word "gaming", the company adopts for its notebook a keyboard with RGB backlighting with 16 millions of colors customizable on 4 sections where we also find 5 programmable keys. The prices required for the new generation of the Mi gaming notebook are 8999 yuan (about 1135 euros) for the version with i7 CPU, GTX 1060 6 GB, 16 GB RAM and 256 GB of SSD storage + 1 TB HHD while for the version with i5 CPU, GTX 105oTi 4 GB, 8 GB RAM and 256 GB of SSD storage + 1 TB HHD are required 6699 yuan (about 845 euros) with sales beginning on August 16.
