Let's talk about the SoC Snapdragon 875, the super top of the range that will reign over next year's flagships. We talked about this chipset when the first (fake) render of Xiaomi Mi 11. Later we dealt with the same topic by quoting Xiaomi Mi 20 (this is the name that the next flagship with camera under the display could take). Dating back to a few days ago is the news that Xiaomi will be among the first to use this chipset.

As revealed by the well-known Chinese leaker Digital Chat Station, always on the piece and always super updated, the two brands that will be the first to use Qualcomm's SoC will be Xiaomi e Living. While the first has already affirmed its presence in Europe, the second has not yet set foot in the old continent and perhaps is preparing for the big step with a top-of-the-range smartphone. As for Xiaomi it will perhaps be the My 11 (o My 20?) to integrate this SoC.
But there is something that does not add up. Today strange rumors began to circulate about the next top-of-the-range processor of the US company. What is reported by a important Korean site is that in reality it will not be presented the Snapdragon 875 but a 865 + enhanced. Based on what emerged the clock frequency of the new processor would be very little higher than that of the Snap 865 +: the power would have changed so much poco that the brand would decide not to pass on to the next generation. Clearly this news is to be taken with a grain of salt but what is certain (and we trust Digital Chat Station) is that the next flagship of the brand will see the light within February 2021.
