Additionally, the age limit for most positions is under 28 and the minimum education requirement is technical secondary school or higher.
The supplier also said that this round of recruitment is only Xiaomi's preparation for mass production in the early stage. Later this year or early next year, Xiaomi will start a large-scale recruitment. The company is expected to produce up to 300.000 electric cars annually at its factory located in Wuhan city.
