There are many technologies on the UI behind MIUI and with today's article we see summarizing the main and revealing all their secrets.
Facial Recognition
The facial recognition, which we find already on My Notes 3, is able to detect and identify the owner's face, by subdividing the surface of the face into rectangles detected with high precision, which are then individually compared with the reference image. After activating the screen, yes you can proceed to unlock the device instantly by holding the phone at eye level.
Using the facial recognition feature to quickly unlock the phone in any situation is a weakness for most OEM smartphones. In this situation, the "Smart notification" filter comes to our rescue. This feature is intelligently designed to prevent notifications that are not important for interrupting our activities, grouping them into a "shadow zone" where they can be viewed later to the liking of the user.
Intelligent Notification Filter works silently and invisibly, tracking user preferences in time based on usage. Artificial Intelligence filters notifications by dividing them into important and not important, grouping them as they say in a separate folder.
Image Search Search (AI Image Search, currently limited to Chinese ROMs)
A state-of-the-art artificial intelligence designed for image management. It allows you to search for people, places, expressions, events, documents, screenshots, and anything else you can think of, using natural language as the key to image search. It is part of the widest universal search function in the MIUI 9. It currently supports ID card, passport, credit card, ATM and business card. In addition, image search allows users to quickly find text in photos or screenshots, logos, expressions (smiling type, winking, open mouth, tongue out, texts, etc.) and more!
