Xiaomi, the well-known Chinese smartphone manufacturer, today launched a new crowdfunding campaign for its latest product in the mechanical keyboard family: the Xiaomi Mechanical Keyboard TKL. It is a compact mechanical keyboard, with 87 keys, which offers various features and connection methods, at a very competitive price.

The TKL mechanical keyboard is available in dtwo versions: the VCPro, with linear axis, suitable for the office and programming, and the VB Pro, with paragraph axis, ideal for gaming. Both versions have a LED backlighting with six different effects, which can be adjusted with the FN keys. The keyboard also has a two-stage switch on the left side, which allows you to easily switch between Windows and macOS operating systems, with which it is compatible. Furthermore, it also supports Android 7.0 and above.
The most interesting feature of this mechanical keyboard is its connection versatility. In fact, the keyboard Supports three modes: Bluetooth, 2.4GHz wireless and wired. The Bluetooth mode offers two protocols: 3.0 and 5.0. The 5.0 protocol is recommended for Windows 10 and above systems, as it reduces power consumption and shows the battery level of the keyboard on the computer. The 3.0 protocol is recommended for Windows 7 and lower systems, but does not yet have the battery display function.
