A Xiaomi Mi 10 E with Samsung's Exynos processor appears on the best fake news site: among the best fakes ever recorded to date
The Mi 10 series, the latest release of the brand we love so much, is equipped with a processor Qualcomm Snapdragon. Regardless of the model (standard, Pro, Lite e Youth) the Snapdragon is present on all, none excluded. At the limit some Redmi devices are equipped with a MediaTek processor… but a Xiaomi Mi 10 E with Exynos we are not really able to imagine it.
As we know Slashleaks is famous for these false notices: it is not an accusation, but a fact since it is a portal without any quality filter. However, some tend to believe in leaks of this kind, so here are the reasons (even if it would not be necessary to give them) for which this is in effect a hoax:
- it is this renowned site;
- Exynos is a Samsung processor, incompatible (so to speak) with Xiaomi and Redmi products;
- there is none version E in the history of the brand, and will never exist;
- the file on the source site it is not present in the Geekbench database;
- the user who entered the alleged Xiaomi Mi 10 E score is a new entry, probably a account created ad hoc.
We do not go into analyzing the scores shown in the screenshot as it seems useless enough. So don't worry, the brand has no intention of launching such a device; much less Samsung is willing to sell its SoC to a rival company.
