Just two weeks ago, Xiaomi announced the new Xiaomi Mi 10 Youth Edition in China. As some of you may recall, the smartphone is very similar to the Xiaomi Mi 10 Lite 5G that was previously announced in Europe and will finally go on sale this month. Shortly after the launch of the Mi 10 Youth Edition, Xiaomi revealed that the smartphone will arrive in a global version with the name Xiaomi Mi 10 Lite Zoom Edition.
Xiaomi Mi 10 Youth Edition arriving in Europe, will be called Mi 10 Lite Zoom
Well, a few hours ago a famous leakster revealed that this hypothetical Mi 10 Lite Zoom could be launched in Europe just this month. The smartphone would arrive with model number "M2002J9E" and with the code name "Vangogh".
In any case, for those who have forgotten it, we remember that the main differences between Mi 10 Lite Zoom and Mi 10 Lite 5G reside in the photographic sector and in the fast charging technology.
Il Mi 10 Lite Zoom it is in fact supplied with the same 48MP main camera as the Mi 10 Lite 5G but to it is added an 8MP periscope telephoto lens with 5x optical zoom, 50x digital zoom and optical image stabilization OIS. The other cameras are an ultra wide angle with a resolution of 8MP and a 2MP macro camera. While the Mi 10 Lite 5G has an 8MP ultra wide camera, a 2MP macro camera and a 2MP depth sensor.
In addition, the Mi 10 Lite Zoom would also support a 22,5W fast charge against the 20W of maximum power supported by the Mi 10 Lite 5G, even if it actually comes with a 22,5W charger. Other specs on the Mi 10 Lite Zoom include Bluetooth 5.1 and infrared emitter, while the Mi 10 Lite 5G has Bluetooth 5.0 and no IR.
Finally, as regards the prices, given that the Mi 10 Lite has a starting price of 349 € for the 64GB version and the 128GB version should cost around 379 €, we can assume that the Xiaomi Mi 10 Lite Zoom with 128GB will go to cost around € 399.
But is it available for purchase? and possibly where?
Unfortunately still nothing unless you want to buy the Chinese version.
Well under € 400 it would make sense, but always and only as a finished price.
I hope it doesn't happen like Poco F2 Pro, which was supposed to be at €499 and then instead was set at €549 in Spain and for a few days at €599 in Italy (oh sure, because the taxation between Spain and Italy is considerably different to justify a €50 increase).

differences with MI10PRO regarding the photographic sector? I was intent on buying the PRO but since I am only interested in the ability to take photos from a distance this solution would allow me to spend half.
According to Xiaomi's marketing, the Mi 10 Lite Zoom looks even better than the Mi 10 Pro in terms of zoom. I say so because at the presentation of the Mi 10 Pro they didn't talk so much about that lens.
In my opinion it is still the same camera, so yes, theoretically you do not lose anything and spend much less.
The pro camera is the same as the mi note 10, the quality of the mi 10 lite camera does not seem good, the zoom does ...
