Not only new and last year's devices will receive the update: Xiaomi recently announced the release of the MIUI 14 build for the Xiaomi Mi 10 series smartphone, introduced in 2020. The information about the next version has been published by Zhang Guoquan, head of the software department at Xiaomi. He also said that Mi 10 owners will have to wait a bit for the firmware release: first it will be “delivered” to the Xiaomi 12 and 11 series devices. Only then will it be their turn.

Whereas Xiaomi Mi 10 is based on the mobile platform Snapdragon 865, insiders suggest that other company smartphones with this chip will be updated to MIUI 14. However, nothing is certain. But we do know one thing: it's the chip companies that make smartphones update. Therefore, Redmi K30 Pro, Redmi K30S, Black Shark 3 become candidates to get the new MIUI 14 interface. These models, along with POCO F2 Pro, Xiaomi Mi 10T and Mi 10T Pro. However, this information, as well as the exact firmware release date for the Mi 10, has not yet been confirmed by the company.
