The Xiaomi Mi 11T Pro 5G gets closer and closer. To confirm this comes a new certification, this time from the NBTC.
Xiaomi Mi 11T Pro 5G certified on NBTC: launch ever closer
The NBTC, or the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission of Thailand, has in fact just certified a Xiaomi smartphone with model number 2107113SG and trade name of Xiaomi Mi 11T Pro 5G. As we have seen above, this model number belongs to the global variant of the device. Unfortunately, the certification does not reveal any of the main specifications of the device, but only that it supports 5G connectivity.
That said, leakster Abhishek Yadav has revealed some of the specs we're going to find on the smartphone. In particular, he stated that the Xiaomi Mi 11T Pro 5G will adopt an OLED type display with a 120Hz refresh rate. In terms of performance, the smartphone will be powered by the excellent Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 chipset, so we shouldn't see an upgrade to the slightly more powerful Snapdragon 888 Plus.
Still the same source claims that the Mi 11T Pro 5G will integrate a 5000 mAh battery, with support for 120 W fast charging. While the operating system should be Android 11, with the MIUI 12.5 user interface already installed. We should also find NFC technology for contactless payments and much more.
As for photography, the Xiaomi Mi 11T Pro 5G should arrive with a 64 MP main camera, supported by an 8 MP ultra-wide and a 5 MP tele-macro. For selfies, the smartphone should incorporate a 16MP sensor.
Finally, as regards the launch date and the price, according to some rumors of the previous days, the Xiaomi Mi 11T Pro 5G could be launched, together with the base model, on the next 23 September. While the selling price should be around 600 dollars, around 510 euros at the current exchange rate.
