Xiaomi Mi 6C appears in some render images

Maybe we forgot, but the Xiaomi Mi 5C despite the not-so-comforting sales was the first Chinese smartphone to be equipped with the proprietary CPU called Surge S1, which should have brought benefits to Xiaomi, allowing it to no longer be subjected to the sometimes limited resources of processors produced by other companies. The processor made in Xiaomi, however, has not received great acclaim, perhaps due to the performance not at the top or perhaps because the Mi 5C has suffered and suffers from problems related to telephone frequencies, enclosing the same to a smartphone that seems destined only to the Chinese market.

Ma Xiaomi is tenacand it has long been rumored that has been set up to produce the second generation of its proprietary chipset, the Surge S2, and so here's the first photo render of the Xiaomi Mi 6C which seems to be just equipped with the new home-made CPU. From Xiaomi Mi 6C's design, the Xiaomi Mi 5C design retraces what's already seen on the Mi XNUMXC, aluminum body and large display with the presence of the iconic Physical Home button that incorporates fingerprint recognition sensor. On the back we find one double camera inserted in the band dedicated to the antennas, the price is assumed to be 1699 yuan, about 217 Euro at the current exchange rate.

Anyway the new one Xiaomi Mi 6C will be placed in the mid range of the market, where we already have multiple Xiaomi branded smartphones with quite similar characteristics and so the company does not check again the flop obtained with MI 5C, it will have to focus a lot on the new Surge S2 processor which seems to be using a 16nm process, similar to Snapdragon 625 or Kirin 659, but further rumors seem to want to complement the performance of the new Surge S2 with those of the recent Snapdragon 660, and if so then Xiaomi Mi 6C could really receive honors which deserves.

There is no reason to buy it with that processor

Why? it has good specs, and they can sew custom MIUI on it, I wouldn't be surprised if it runs smoother than MI6!

Still all too vague ...
