We are talking, as anticipated, about 24-hour sleep monitoring. According to what was communicated by the company, this would be the function. However we know that it does not provide the expected result in a real way.
During the night, the Mi Band 5 actually identifies when the user falls asleep. Then start tracking your sleep and start tracking your sleep after the canons 60 minutes.
