One technology sector in which Xiaomi is going really strong is that of smart TVs, from poco also landed in Italy and super appreciated for the same philosophy with which the company has put its smartphones on the market, that is the high quality / price ratio, often eliminating the superfluous for the benefit of performance. Among the cheapest models, the Chinese company boasts the Mi TV 4A series which now expands with the Horizon Edition model, from poco official and that stands out right away for a display almost without frames as well as a price to appeal to anyone.
The term Horizon Edition takes up what Xiaomi had proposed to us with its Mi Notebook 14, which in fact boasted a display with full screen features, a design that we therefore find on the new Xiaomi Mi TV 4A Horizon Edition, offering an elegant appearance that is expressed in two different variants, with a nod to the premium range models but at an affordable price.

In particular, we have a 32-inch and a 43-inch variant, so classic cuts that adapt to all homes and settings, offering a LED backlit LFC display. For the smaller model we have a resolution that stops at HD while on the 43-inch model we go up to a Full HD resolution, which to be honest also offers even more optimized frames, while the rest of the specifications between the two models remain identical.
In fact, we find an Amlogic Cortex-A53 processor which is flanked by 1 GB memory cuts for RAM and 8 GB for internal storage, as well as a Mali-450 GPU. Present HDMI inputs, 3 on both models, 2 USB-A ports, Ethernet input and 3,5mm jack. The operating system is based on Android TV but with Xiaomi customization via MIUI for TV, without however giving up services such as the integrated Google assistant and Chromcast function. But let's get to the main aspect of these new Xiaomi TVs, that is the price that in the case of the 4 ″ Xiaomi Mi TV 32A Horizon Edition is equal to 13499 Indian rupees, about 155 euros at the current exchange rate while we go up to 22999 rupees, or 264 euro, for the 43 ″ variant, with sales starting on September 15th via the brand's official website and Amazon. At the moment the sales are exclusive to India but we will probably soon see them debut at least on the stores that also import into our country.
