Xiaomi, the Chinese technology giant, recently launched a new product in its humidifier range: the Mijia Fog-free Humidifier 3 (1200). The new product offers greater humidification capacity, elegant design and intelligent connection with the Mijia app and Xiaoai speakers.

The product has a price of 1499 yuan, about 190 euro, and is currently only available in China. At the moment, there is no detailed information on its technical specifications, but we can refer to the previous model, the Mijia Fog-free Humidifier 3 (400), which has been on sale for some time.
The Mijia Fog-free Humidifier 3 (400) is equipped with a 4-liter water tank with a humidification capacity of 400 mL/h, so we assume that the new model has a humidification capacity of approximately 1200 mL/h to meet humidification needs for several days and cover approximately 60 square meters. It also adopts a transparent water level window design and has a noise of 32Db(A) in sleep mode, with an automatic lowering of the panel brightness.
The Fog-free Humidifier 3 (1200) has one LED screen on top, which can show the indoor humidity and working mode and working status of the humidifier in real time, and is equipped with a very simple button design. Tap water can be added directly without opening the lid. It also adopts a suspended antibacterial filter element and dries automatically after stopping humidification; the water tank is immersed in a silver ion module.
As for intelligence, the new humidifier supports Mijia app and Xiaoai speakers. Creating intelligent scenes, it can be connected with air conditioners, electric heaters and other devices to achieve constant multi-scene humidity.
The Mijia Fog-free Humidifier 3 (1200) will therefore be an ideal product for those looking for a powerful, silent and intelligent humidifier, which can improve air and sleep quality. At the moment, it is unknown if and when this product will be available outside of China, but hopefully Xiaomi can expand its market and offer its customers more choice of smart home devices.
