With the myriad of Xiaomi products on the market, both smart and not, it is now becoming almost difficult to get excited about the presentation of a new product. Well, today some of us, including me, will be whetted by the latest Xiaomi home gadget coming up on 2 January, we're talking about a relatively cheap projector.
The Xiaomi Mijia Projector Youth Edition is in fact a more entry-level version of the excellent Mijia Projector presented in May of this year. The Youth version of the Xiaomi projector comes with an LED lamp that is capable of projecting videos at 1080p, or Full HD, with a simulated screen size ranging from 50 inches up to 120 "diagonal.

The screen size is the strong point of this projector which will go on sale at a very competitive price. In comparison, the other alternatives in the same category cost around 30% more. If we then compare it with televisions over 65 inches, there is no comparison that holds, the Xiaomi Mijia Projector Youth Edition projector will cost half, if not less. In addition to the price advantage, watching an image produced by a projector doesn't hurt the eyes like a TV, especially in the case of long Netflix marathons, for one thing.
Now that we know a little more about the Mijia Youth Edition projector, we finally reveal the detail you have been waiting for most throughout the post, namely the price. The Xiaomi Mijia Projector Youth Edition will go on sale in China at the figure of 2199 Yuan, which translated into euros are about 280 €.
That is clear, 280 € (with various additions before you arrive in Italy) are not few and therefore it will not be a toy that you take to try once and set aside. But if you take into account that the non-Youth version cost almost double the presentation and had the same maximum resolution (Full HD) and projected size (up to 120 ") you will agree that, at that price, the Youth Edition will probably become a must-have for the most avid fans of the Chinese company.
