Xiaomi ready to venture into the TOP3 of the best-selling brands in the world?

We talked to you some time ago about the challenge Lei Jun had planned for 2017: discard the taboo of the 80 million smartphones sold. Yes taboo. Taboo because theLast year Xiaomi suffered a drastic cut in sales. But this year then, at what point are they? Let's analyze the situation together.

The almond-eyed company had announced that it wanted to go beyond 100 billions of yuan turnover in the current year. Will it succeed or will it succeed?

The latest market analysis speaks clearly! Xiaomi has touched 70 million smartphones sold at the end of September, the objective was set to increase this share with another ten million copies by the end of 2017.

According to estimates, at the end of the year, Xiaomi could close with one turnover of 109,75 billion yuan (about 14 billion), up 60 billion yuan more than the 2014! In that year, in fact, the company of Lei Jun was evaluated, on the basis of the Price Earning Ratio, about 45 billion (at the exchange rate 5,75 billion).

This extremely positive picture involves many rumors. One on all would have the possibility that Xiaomi could quoting on the bag to get, through new stakeholders' investments, the right push to expand new frontiers.

If we think that last year Xiaomi suffered a drastic drop in sales of smartphones in Chinese territory (only 41,5 million copies sold), the intentions of a qualitative leap and quantitative by Lei Jun there are. But it will actually just be one year marked by stratospheric numbers to locate the Keystone for Xiaomi?

Certainly at least for this year there are no rivals that can kick the Chinese company out of TOP5, but point to TOP3 it is still very very complicated - in my opinion - because Lei Jun will have to get it investor confidence at least in the short run.

Yes, yes, but the result is not taken for granted.
