Under the bonnet of Redmi Notes 5 High, it is expected to find a Snapdragon 630 or 660, this time associated with 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of internal memory.
The price rises to 1.599 yuan (~ $ 240), always referring to the source market.
To add a mystery veil to this chipset was the well-known Geekbench performance evaluation software. The Redmi Note 5 High has in fact been equipped with an old Snapdragon 617, as well as a smaller amount of RAM. In fact, it seems that incorrect data comes from a benchmark software error that has not been able to correctly identify the features of the smartphone.
According to the information received, all Redmi Note 5 models would be united by a 5,65 inch FHD + display from Pegasus, with aspect ratio of 18: 9 but without bezel-less design, as the fashion of recent times imposes. The photographic section should instead be able to count on a dual rear camera with 16 megapixel + 5 megapixel sensors.
On the back cover would also find the fingerprint sensor.
To close the track of novelties that will have the task of "singing" the day of singles, although with a few days in advance Xiaomi would have planned the launch of the singles Redmi 5 Plus, yet economical phone but characterized by full screen design and 5,7 inches display. The Android system engine will be this time the Snapdragon 450 while there are no special news on the storage compartment (but the 3 GB should now be compulsory). All at a selling price would be credited to the 799 yuan (~ $ 120).
