Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro: possible arrival in India with Snapdragon 660

The rumors that accompany the possible launch of the next mid-range killer of the Xiaomi home never cease and, after seeing the terminal receive certification FCC and EEC, we find it now in a post on the Chinese social media Weibo.

A user would have indeed commented that the Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro is coming to India in the coming months, and up to here there would be nothing strange, given that in September the launch of the sixth Redmi series on the Indian territory has already been fixed. The much more interesting detail is the one that added immediately after: "SD 660 AIE", this to mean that the Redmi Note 6 Pro will be launched with a processor Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 AIE, which is definitely a good upgrade compared to the Snapdragon 636 on the Redmi Note 5 Pro. The user then confirms what we had already heard from another famous leaker, Roland Quandt, which suggested a European release in two versions: 3GB of RAM with 32GB of memory and 4GB of RAM with 64GB of internal memory.

Curiously enough, the post was then removed, which could be an indication that confirms its veracity. Probably Xiaomi does not want to be confirmed the arrival of the Redmi Note 6 Pro in this period, since the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 is one of the best smartphones in the mid-range category is still selling like bread.

In addition to the rumored Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor, we also expect to find a door USB Type-C on the new terminal and, for the discomfort of many, a notch at the top of the screen. In fact, if we look at another Redmi 6 series product, just like the Redmi 6 Pro, launched in December of last year, we notice that it has a notch, which, according to taste, may or may not like. What do you think?
