Xiaomi Redmi Notes LTE, here in flesh and bones! [videos, pictures]

Earlier this month, we previewed the images of the Xiaomi Redmi Notes LTE at the passage at the offices of the Ministry of Telecommunications China. Today we are delighted to present you the first video with images of the new Xiaomi LTE phablet!

Leaker is the same as last time, it is always the TEENA Certification Body. This time the content is much more substantial. The Xiaomi 2.014.022 (code name of the Xiaomi Redmi LTE) appears for the first time in a short video hands-on.

The technical characteristics, like the design, are not touched (or almost). Except for the processor (now the Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 MSM8928 quad-core from 1.6 Ghz before the Mediatek MT6592 8-core) which also determines the transition from dual to single-SIM, the phone is the same: 5.5 inches HD 1280 x 720 pixels, 2GB of RAM, 8GB of storage and 5 and 13 mega-pixel cameras. The rom implemented is the MIUI V5 based on Android 4.4.2 Kitkat, but it will almost certainly be updated shortly to the next version, the MIUI V6.

Although the title of the video indicates total network support by Redmi Note LTE, the information we have come to know informs us that the terminal will instead only be equipped with GSM, TD-SCDMA and TD-LTE connectivity. As for the Mi4, here too, unfortunately, an LTE technology that is not usable on the Italian territory.
