Xiaomi recently revealed, via a Weibo post from the director of public relations, that it will reward employees who have been in the company for at least five years with a 24K gold rabbit statuette. The photograph shows the large array of statuettes, ready to be delivered to the lucky ones. Judging by the number of gifts, it seems that the Xiaomi staff are satisfied with the treatment offered by the multinational and have decided to stay with the start-up for many years.
