We know very well that Xiaomi it is not new to surprises or even to rather bizarre choices. And it is just a few days ago the latest news that probably will turn up their noses to some fans. Although the Redmi Note 5A had already been presented to be the first device of a Redmi Note series low cost, without big claims, the fact that the company has officially released the enhanced version of the smartphone will change the cards in the tables for the series?
The Chinese company had already delighted with three variants of the device: one standard version with 2 GB of RAM and 32 GB of storage moved by Snapdragon 425, one Prime version with Snapdragon 435, 3 GB of RAM and always 32 GB of internal memory and the High-End version (call it Exclusive seems somewhat stupid as it's a mid-range), made available just last Friday, with SD 435 and well 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of internal memory.
We also remind you that all three variants have a SIM cartridge that allows you to simultaneously use two SIMs and a microSD memory card for memory expansion.
For those who want to deepen the features of the devices, we remind you that about a month ago we have presented them Redmi Note 5A in this short article.
The sales price of this last variant with "expanded memories" is 1199 yuan (approximately EUR 153 at the exchange rate) and this becomes probably the discriminant for choosing one or another version: considering that the Prime (3 / 32GB) variant is already on sale at a price of around 120 (import price), spend some thirty euros more to have 1 GB in more RAM and double the internal memory can be a sensible choice?
Obviously, we do not have an answer to this question, and anyway, the answer would be subjective. So let us know what you think, and above all, remember that the Facebook group devoted to the Redmi Note 5A only waits for you!

Thirty euros more will be well spent. What I don't understand is to qualify it with the letter “A” and then make these memory cuts, which would be more appropriate with slightly more performing processors. Let's not forget that the RN 4 and some RN 4X already mount the Snapdragon 625, which is considerably higher than the 435 of the RN 5A ...
Of course the RN 5 will come out without "A" which will mount a better Soc, but at this point the question is always the same.. (have a snack with Girella), why all these models? they create too much confusion.!
A should indicate a cheaper series of the Redmi Note series, opened by Redmi 4A and of which Redmi Note 5A is the largest display version.
Obviously Redmi Notes 4 is definitely better than Redmi Note 5A
