The situation due to the Coronavirus, scourge of this early 2020, does not seem to improve and the number of infections and deaths seems to increase without brakes. The Chinese government has therefore asked for heartfelt help, including in terms of the need for protection, such as medical masks. The demand for these items has in fact become unsustainable to cover the entire needs of the population, which has raided these accessories both in physical and online stores.
Coronavirus protection also for children with the new Xiaomi F95 mask
But often these protections are designed exclusively for adults, which is why Xiaomi has launched a new mask dedicated to children on the digital platform YouPin, named Woobi Play F95.
Undoubtedly we are faced with a more professional product and we can also notice it from the design, very different from the most common solutions on the market. It is not to be underestimated in fact the chromatic device (2 different colors) that Xiaomi has used on this product, making it almost a "game" to wear the Woobi Play F95 protection mask. Inside we find a filter against viruses, bacteria and polluted air and designed specifically for use by children from 6 years of age.

Precisely for this reason the respiratory resistance of the F95 mask is lower, allowing the little ones to breathe without any problem. The mask strap is made of elastic silicone which is delicate on the skin, as well as making it easier to put on. Of course, the length of the strap can be adjusted to better adhere to the child's face. For air circulation, the mask allows flow to circulate from the left and right, which leaves less room for air to be trapped inside the mask and ensures smoother breathing. Every part of the mask can be cleaned and disinfected with a mild detergent, except for the mask filter which must necessarily be replaced.
At the moment the Woobi Play F95 mask is sold on Xiaomi YouPin at the price of 199 yuan, so about 25 euros at the current exchange rate. LThe children's mask was designed with the implementation of a four-layer filter structure, with purified air in each layer. This effectively cleans nearly 95 percent of PM2.5 particles from the air around the user and even comes with a nano-bacterial coating to prevent cut infection. Too bad it was specifically designed to better adapt to Asian faces.
