The presentation of the new Xiaomi Mi TV LUX Transparent Edition, a multimedia solution which, as the name suggests, adopts a completely transparent panel, bringing to mind what until now we had only been able to dream thanks to science fiction films. Apparently the success was really high, that the company has decided to propose a smaller version, inserting a 27-inch display.
This time the supplier of the OLED display adopted will be Samsung, which in any case will limit itself to the supply and nothing else, thus leaving the technical profile unchanged compared to the 55-inch model from poco launched on the market. The new 27-inch Mi TV LUX with Samsung panel could arrive in 2021, considering that Xiaomi has already started the configuration of an appropriate supply chain for the shipment of these products. The price will certainly not be within everyone's reach, as happened for the 55-inch version but the detail of the integration of the Samsung panel does not go unnoticed because this leads us to another possible product that will come directly from the science fiction future.

In fact, Xiaomi could return the favor to Samsung by providing its technology developed for Mi TV LUX, in order to allow the Korean OEM to create a smartphone with a transparent display. Already just what many have loved about fanta-tech films and that could soon become reality. To create a completely transparent panel, Xiaomi had to overcome many challenges, using different layers of glass in which a layer of ultra-small pixels is inserted.
The Samsung concept phone shown in these renderings is incredible and already brings aquolina in the mouth of all technology lovers in general. A device without frames and extremely elegant, but which will probably develop only as a concept smartphone and in a few examples, a bit like Mi Mix Alpha.
