It really aroused much interest, we do not know whether for the launch price or functionality or for aesthetics, but the fact is that the new Amazfit Bip is having an incredible sequel even before being put on the market!

A new smartwatch that differs from the red dial variant (give me the imprecision but otherwise it creates confusion) for less sporty aesthetics and perhaps more sober. It will not appeal to everyone, but personally I find it a very sensible choice.
I remind you that the 'Amazfit Bip, presented a few days ago, comes with a heart rate monitor and, allow me to compare ... also a bit presumptuous, reminds aesthetically an Apple Watch for the absence of function keys except the ignition wheel.
On the back side we find the contacts for charging and unlike the red dial version, there is no direct connection via micro USB. Obviously in the box we will find the charging base, very convenient because it allows to keep it sportswatch in a position that avoids scratching the dial.
Functionality that, as we have already mentioned in the "presentation articleranging from receiving notifications to tracking sports activities, from walking to cycling, all measured through the use of Integrated GPS. Functionality and design, very appealing, as many fans have considered it anonymous and too much like "chinese" smartwatches. However, close to us, we can tell you that the curvature of the glass is nothing more than a "chinese" and, as is the case for the smartphones of the new Redmi series, also Amazfit Bip undergoes a transformation in terms of elegance.
As stated at the beginning, however, at the moment the only firmware available is in Chinese and we will have to wait for a Chinese / English firmware release or a translation of some passionate user, as made by his friend Nicola Sagliano for the first version. Obviously, we are hoping to release an "English" variant so that sportswatch is ready to use, accepting the compromise of having the menus in English clearly.
As you may have noticed, then the app is nothing more than classic We Fit. The update released yesterday allowed to fix the statistics bug of the steps that version 3.0 brought with it. It was then said that the app should implement the recording of activities in the pool, but we have no confirmation in this regard and therefore better to take it easy if we wanted to keep track of our swims.

At this time,Amazfit Bip is pre-sales on a single site but we would like to point out that unless you know the Chinese, you may encounter a lot of difficulties in using and, above all, that the reservation price it's almost doubled compared to the launch price you communicate yesterday (around € 52).
What do I recommend? Even if you were in love, wait a few weeks so that the times become ripe and if possible an "international" version or a firmware translation is presented.
