With the update to MIUI 12 and 12.5, the control Center arrived on Xiaomi and Redmi smartphones. This, compared to the previous one, introduced a kind of bubble system more like that of Apple's iOS. However, with this new system, the status bar that told us the was gone (or rather, well hidden) amount of mobile data we had used at any given time. You will be pleased to know that with the latest update of MIUI 13 this is back, albeit with a different look than before. Let's see it together.
This MIUI feature had disappeared with the new Control Center, but returns in great style: the residual mobile data can be seen in the control center bubble!
Specifically this update comes with number of build 13.0.0.90.2 of the Control Center. To receive this update, however, you must be part of the public beta of My Smart Hub. As we anticipated, the status bar function on the control Center which allowed to see the used and residual mobile data was well hidden. However, with this update, we will be able to review these numbers simply by touching the data bubble, precisely. We show you how in the images below.
By dropping the MIUI Control Center, we will find one in the bubble corresponding to mobile data arrow bottom right. This will open the Mobile Data option menu. Once done, a pop-up message it will open. This will allow us both to activate that deactivate mobile data with a simple switch, but below we can also see the residual mobile data of the SIM corresponding. If we use a smartphone with an active dual SIM, we will see two lines with the residual mobile data for each single SIM.
For the moment this feature is active on the public beta of MIUI 13. Consequently not everyone will be able to use them. It is understood that with the update to the MIUI 13 Global we European users will also be able to enjoy this convenient feature.
