As you will surely know, Xiaomi has voted to trade the name for the next big sized smartphone | Xiaomi: new phablet from over 6 inches named by users |. Of the four names available, the first polls indicated that Xiaomi Big would be the winner but, by combining the votes given by users on Weibo, the official forum and the international forum, we found that the winner was Xiaomi Mi Max, exactly what we had chosen the other yesterday. That name won unanimously, with all four surveys organized by Xiaomi who saw him finish in the first place.
Indeed, calling a Xiaomi Big smartphone would have given a brand-new idea to the manufacturer, a feature that absolutely does not appear in the offices of the Chinese giant. With Xiaomi Mi Max, however, it gives the idea not only of a very powerful smartphone, which will actually be seen in the implementation of the SoC Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 inside it (the same as Xiaomi Mi5) but it will also give the idea of one smartphones that can have an autonomy out of the ordinary.
