Fitbit: the next smartwatch for kids, complete with a camera | Photo

Fitbit does not stop and is about to present a smartwatch for children to the public. Even the little ones need technology, but above all parents need additional control (albeit not too intrusive) to keep an eye on their lives. Eleven it will be the code name of the smartwatch in question and will have an integrated camera. Here are images of the wearable sourced from 9to5Google.

Fitbit Eleven (code name) will be the company's next smartwatch but dedicated to the little ones. Big screen and built-in camera!

According to a November report, Fitbit is working on a smartwatch for kids, and it appears the device has just been leaked. Pictures show one smartwatch with a flat surface and rounded corners, with a black frame used to mask the fact that the screen is much smaller than the actual surface. The device appears to have a camera on top, a feature that was not mentioned in the original report. However, the children's device had been described as a smartwatch with a SIM module and a camera, so it seems that the capability has been "passed on" eventually. This feature could be useful for parents' safety and peace of mind.

The design of the children's smartwatch appears to be essentially a Sense/Versa bulkier and thicker with a light blue body. There are some buttons on the left edgered above and yellow below. The band also appears to be removable and features the Fitbit logo. It's not yet clear when the Fitbit smartwatch for kids will hit the market, but these images were submitted by someone who spotted them online being sold by a third party. If the device actually launches, it could represent a great news for parents who are looking for a safe and reliable option for their children.

The device could offer more peace of mind to parents, thanks to the camera and cellular connectivity, while the fun and colorful design could make the device more appealing to the kids themselves. However, we'll have to wait for more official information from Fitbit to learn more about the kids' device and its launch date.
