Vivo's sub brand, iQOO has just officially confirmed that its upcoming 7 series which will include the iQOO 7 and iQOO 7 Legend will feature new advanced liquid cooling technology for heat dissipation.

This new cooling method that we will find on board the iQOO 7 series will use copper pipes to transfer the liquid from the area of the SoC to the outside, then to the colder areas of the graphite plate.
This plate will be 6000mm square in size to dissipate heat to the outside of the device. The graphite plate is then used together with a magnesium alloy core, conductivity gel and vapor chamber to achieve lower operating temperatures of up to 14 degrees Celsius for internal temperature and up to 4 degrees Celsius for the external surface temperature ..
While on the iQOO 7 Legend we will find a vapor chamber with a surface of 4096mm square, combined with a capillary structure and an internal pump that will transport and quickly disperse the heat.
