As much as technology can advance over time and create spectacular designs, nothing can beat the unique beauty of the first generation Xiaomi Mi Mix, characterized by minimalism and futurism at the same time. Xiaomi Mi Mix has opened the era to full screen smartphones and is certainly an icon in the history of telephony in general as well as in the history of Xiaomi itself.
Today, the founder and president of Xiaomi, Lei Jun, returns to emphasize the importance and beauty of this Mi Mix which since its debut has received many awards including and perhaps the most important, being included in the collection of 3 museums on a global scale. Xiaomi Mi Mix is in fact on display in the rooms of the National Design Museum of Finland, at the Pompidou Art Center in France and in the National Design Museum in Munich, Germany as well as having won many prizes on behalf of the advent IDEA Design Gold Award.
Lei Jun retraces the successes of Xiaomi Mi Mix ... the fourth generation ready to debut?
Recall that Xiaomi Mi Mix was released on 25 October 2016, a date to keep in mind because it could correspond (even if out of phase by a few days) with the release of the fourth generation of the concept phone. In fact, many are waiting for the Mi Mix 4 that seems to be late and that Lei Jun himself declared about him that time was necessary for the creation of something spectacular.
In fact, from the first Mi Mix, that success has never been replicated, very much linked to the design that at the time was curated by the designer Philip Stark, master of minimalism and contemporary design. There was no lack of top-of-the-range ideas, as we had a 6,4-inch display, with cleared frames on 3 sides, Qualcomm processor Snapdragon 821, up to 6 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage, 16 MP rear camera and a 4400 mAh battery capacity.
The other components of the Mix series are MIX 2, MIX 2S and MIX 3, in various variants as well as the amazing but unattainable MIX Alpha 5G. But why talk about the past? Because apparently in a celebratory year of the brand's 10 years, Xiaomi seems to want to celebrate this device too, which has certainly made a substantial contribution to the expansion on a global scale. So get ready, because October could be the birth date of Mi Mix 4.
