During the'IFA 2020 LG has presented a bit of a wonderful product that is truly new for screens. At least for the schemes of the company, known worldwide for the production of televisions, smartphones and screens of various kinds. The product that was presented some time ago, and today officially launched globally, is a mask. It is a real anti COVID device that allows you to purify the air we breathe. The name is PuriCare ™ Wearable Air Purifier and looks like a kind of muzzle of plastic that blocks incoming not only agents harmful pathogens of the coronavirus current, but also those of other viruses present in the air. To be honest there is a real chain of PuriCare products that includes objects for the home and solutions for outdoor environments.

The latest addition to the complete family of solutions for air treatment company, using high-performance filters and sensor-controlled fans to ensure clean air and optimal breathing comfort anywhere, anytime. To provide a high level of protection they are used two HEPA H13 filters, similar to the filters found in residential air purifiers. These manage to prevent up to 99,95% of harmful substances in the air such as viruses, bacteria and common allergens. This is made possible by the DUAL fans and a patented respiratory sensor that allows users to effortlessly breathe clean air.
The sensor detects the volume of breathing and automatically adjusts the DUAL three-speed fans, speeding up during inhalation and slowing down during exhalation to reduce resistance. It is a non-medical device which, however, has been studied in collaboration with several doctors. It guarantees exceptional ergonomics as well as unparalleled autonomy thanks to the roomy 820 mAh. We talk about eight hours low speed operation e four hours at the highest setting.
Ma how it works the elimination of viruses? Once the breathed air enters the LG mask, the particles get trapped inside. Here they are subjected to a “Treatment” with UV-C light which precisely sanitizes the container by removing viruses. All this happens in just 30 minutes.
