What users often struggle to understand is that now Xiaomi is aiming for quality. By Xiaomi we mean all smartphones under its brand and not under that Redmi. On the contrary (but not too contrary, otherwise it seems to make poor smartphones) the latter brand relies more on value for money and aims to conquer a market segment that is currently too fragmented. Unlike what we do every month, today we see the AnTuTu rankings, however, relating to devices by price range. We usually go to see which are the most powerful smartphones, but this month we change why it is also important to see the numbers when it comes to money and not just performances. Based on the rankings drawn up for the low, medium-low and medium price range, it appears that Redmi is the brand with the most purchased and above all more affordable devices. The prices in euros that we will see below are converted from the Chinese yuan, therefore related to the economy of the country. It is not said, therefore, that a low-end smartphone corresponds to that price.
Low range: up to € 185
In this ranking to dominate is Redmi 10X, corresponding to one of the variants of Note 9 in Europe. But what makes you smile is the fact that almost the entire ranking is occupied by a device of the Chinese giant: the timeless Notes redmi 8 Pro then, it makes us particularly proud.
Medium-low range: from € 190 to € 255
Also in this case, as anticipated, the devices belonging to the K30 family (Extreme Commemorative Edition and 5G Extreme Edition) are i first in the standings conquering two thirds of the podium.
Mid range: from € 255 to € 380
For the third time also in the mid-range we find Redmi in first and third position. In the penultimate place of the ranking we find the device that was first in the ranking, obviously with a higher RAM / ROM configuration.
Redmi medium-high range: from 380 € to over 500 €
Here we go beyond the mid-range and go into the medium-high band, with Redmi K30 Pro Commemorative Edition in first position. Also in this case, compared to the previous ranking we find it with a different configuration, more RAM and internal storage.
