It was 19 December when the My True Wireless Earphones 2S had been certified by the Bluetooth body SIG. A few months after the official release of the Mi True Wireless Earphones 2, the brand has decided to develop a new model with an S at the end of the name. Commonly also called I AirDots 2S these represented yet another attempt (successful) by the brand to grab that market share of audiophiles who are not too purist. We know that the potential of headphones are excellent, although not excellent. This morning we have news of the certification of the 2S model on the platform Wireless Power Consortium, with a nice photo attached.

The certification not only gives us a preview of how the next headphones will arrive in Europe, but it also lets us know a few key specification. The serial number is TWSEJ05WM and therefore they are undoubtedly the same certificates as last December.
The certification took place on March 2, or three days ago. There version 1.2.4 shows a cylindrical case with oval base and not round within which we find the headphones. Unlike the latest models released these are equipped with rod. Speculations say that different colors will be available in addition to white, but honestly we are not led to believe it: normally Xiaomi presents this type of headphones in only one coloring. It's Redmi Airdots to count on a black color.
Since this product has been certified on the portal dedicated to devices with wireless charging, it is obvious to say that the headphones in question will be equipped with this feature. As we read in the sheet, la maximum received power will be 2.5W, rather limited. Another feature that concerns the design is the piece that goes into the ear: like the Mi Airdots 2, these headphones have a mid-in ear headset, joy for many but not for some. They will not be gifted, as seen in the photo, of touch controls.
At the level of additional features we don't know what will be the news on board these new ones Mi Tue Wireless. We hope in any case that it is present Bluetooth 5.0 (this time without delay), active noise cancellation and audio format lHDC.
