Surely yesterday you will be amazed by the news of the presentation of a Ninebot electric motorbike. Oh yes, the well-known company known for scooters and electric vehicles has decided to take the leap by offering something that was not seen as a simple evolved toy, but that could actually replace the current polluting vehicles. In yesterday's news we also mentioned that Ninebot had also introduced a family of E-Scooters, which will be shown to the public at the CES 2020 in Las Vegas.
The new Segway scooters are essentially owned by two distinct families that differ in design, power and autonomy and which correspond to the name of Ninebot eScooter which includes the E80C, E90, E100, E125 and E200P models and finally the Ninebot eMoped family with the C40, C60 and C80 models.
Ninebot announces new economical electric scooters
As already mentioned, the Ninebot eScooter series includes five high-end vehicles, signed with the E80C, E90, E100, E125 and E200P models. The difference for all models corresponds to a different power and autonomy that we report below, also indicating the launch price in China.

There is also a certification for IPX7 water resistance and of course the convenience of travel also has its own dedicated area, thanks to an under seat to store the helmet and other objects.
However, Ninebot for its electric scooters is not limited to simply putting the vehicle on the road but gives it smart features. In fact, all models are able to distinguish between stroke, push and stop. For example, if it senses that you are going uphill, more thrust is provided to help the driver, while when you stop and go down it activates the kickstand and stops the engine. We also find a GPS module that allows us to find out the position of our vehicle if it was stolen or we simply forgot the parking position but if we really have difficulty the Ninebot scooter can send an SOS signal to our contacts.
The scooters of the Ninebot eMoped family, which boast a maximum speed of 25 km / h, like the little scooter cousins, are of a completely different kind. The only smart function can be found in the presence of the NFC sensor that allows the AirLock to be closed, to unlock the vehicle with the smartphone. The assembly is characterized by robust plastics and fresh, youthful colors and the difference between the C40, C60 and C80 models is given exclusively by the autonomy required.
