nubian, the Chinese smartphone brand owned by ZTE, quietly launched its new flagship model, the Nubia Z50S, on the JD.com platform. It is a device that offers high level performance, thanks to the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, and exceptional photographic quality, thanks to 35mm main camera.

The Nubia Z50S is available in two colors, black and cyan, and in two memory variants: 12GB+256GB and 12GB+512GB. In China the price starts from 2.199 yuan (about 280 euros) and shipments will begin at 20pm on October 00rd.
The design of the Nubia Z50S is characterized by a Rear camera module in the shape of a reflex camera, which draws attention to the photographic capabilities of the device. The back of the phone also features a double texture, with a part in sandblasted glass and a part in black leather, which gives a touch of elegance and refinement.
The display of the Nubia Z50S is a 6,67 inch curved AMOLED panel, with a resolution of 2400×1080 pixels and a 144Hz refresh rate. The display also supports HDR10+ technology and has a maximum brightness of 1000nits.
The main camera of the Nubia Z50S is one 35mm lens with 787 megapixel custom Sony IMX64 sensor. This is a classic and exclusive focal length from Nubia, which offers a "humanistic" and natural viewing angle. The camera also has an aperture of f/1.6, which allows it to capture more light and create an optical bokeh effect. Nubia claims that the quality of images taken with this camera can surpass that of professional one-inch sensor cameras.
The other two rear cameras are one ultra-wide angle lens with autofocus and 50 megapixel macro with f/2.0 aperture and a focal length of 13mm, and a multi-channel spectral sensor that improves color fidelity and noise reduction.
La front camera is instead a 16 megapixel lens with f/2.5 aperture, which supports facial recognition and portrait mode.
Finally, the The Z50S's battery has a capacity of 5000mAh and supports the 80W wired fast charging, which allows you to charge the phone from 0 to 100% in about half an hour. The phone also features stereo speakers, X-axis linear motor, audio jack from 3,5mm and Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3, NFC and 5G connectivity.
