ZTE Libero Flip official: it's the cheapest foldable ever!

ZTE Libero Flip

The Libero Flip has a clamshell design, with one OLED screen from 6,9 inches which folds back on itself and one 1,43-inch round secondary screen on the back, which serves as an auxiliary display for notifications, calls and the camera. The latter is composed of a 50 MP main sensor and a 2 MP depth sensor, while on the internal front there is a 16 MP selfie camera.

The technical specifications of the Libero Flip are not top of the range, but they are not throwaway either. The processor is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen1, flanked by 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal memory. operating system is Android 13 with ZTE's customized interface, which includes some functions dedicated to the folding format. There battery is 4.310 mAh and supports 33W fast charging. The only flaw is the IP42 certification, which makes the device poco water and dust resistant.

The Libero Flip is available in three colors: white, gold and blue, and also offers the possibility to customize the back cover with various patterns. The Plist price is approximately 63.000 yen 420 euro at the exchange rate, but those who pre-order it can have it for 39.800 yen, around 265 euros, a truly unmissable offer for a leaflet. The problem is that the Libero Flip is exclusive to the Japanese market, where it is sold by the operator Y! Mobile, and it is not known whether it will also arrive in other countries. For now, we can only envy the lucky Japanese buyers who will be able to enjoy the cheapest foldable ever.
