OnePlus is a brand known for its high quality smartphones at competitive prices, but not only that. The Chinese company also produces accessories such as wireless headphones, which have proven to be up to par with its devices. After the success of the OnePlus Buds Pro 2, launched in February 2023, OnePlus is preparing to present its new model of TWS earphones: the OnePlus Buds 3.

The OnePlus Buds 3 were revealed in preview by the tipster Onleaks, who shared official render images and the main technical features. The headphones have a similar design to the OnePlus Buds Pro 2, with a two-tone finish on the earcups and silicone rubber tips to better adapt to the ear canal. Their strong point is the active noise cancellation (ANC), which can arrive up to 48dB thanks to three microphones on each earpiece. This function allows you to isolate yourself from external noise and enjoy your music or calls in complete tranquility.
The OnePlus Buds 3 also offer high audio quality, thanks to dual drivers with a 10,4mm woofer it's a 6mm tweeter. The connection is made via Bluetooth 5.3, with the possibility of pairing two devices simultaneously and taking advantage of the function Google FastPair on compatible devices. The headphones are also water and dust resistant, with a IP55 certification, while the case has an IPX4 certification.
The battery is another aspect not to be overlooked. The OnePlus Buds 3 promise up to 9 hours of battery life on a single charge and up to 33 hours with the case, which has a capacity of 520 mAh. Each earphone weighs only 4,7 grams, ensuring high comfort even after prolonged use.
The OnePlus Buds 3 should be launched in January 2024, probably together with the new OnePlus 12 smartphone. The official price is not yet known, but it is assumed that it will be lower than that of the OnePlus Buds Pro 2, which cost 149 euros. It is therefore an interesting product for those looking for wireless headphones with high performance and an elegant design.
