How many of you will know, Oppo is a Chinese brand that entered the tablet market in February 2022 with the launch of its first model, called OppoPad. This is an Android tablet with 11-inch screen, Snapdragon 870 processor, 7.500 mAh battery and stylus pen support. Subsequently, Oppo expanded its offering with the Oppo Pad Air and OppoPad 2, two thinner and lighter variants of the original Pad, with 10,5- and 12,6-inch screens, respectively.
Oppo Pad Neo: the first Oppo tablet with LTE certified by NBTC
Now it turns out that Oppo could soon launch a new tablet, called Oppo Pad Neo, which obtained the certification from the Thai NBTC authority. The Oppo Pad Neo has the model number OPD2303 and its NBTC certification confirms the presence of the LTE connection, making it the first Oppo tablet to offer mobile network support.
There is no official information yet on the launch, features and price of the Pad Neo. It can be assumed that the Pad Neo is the progenitor of a new series of tablets for Oppo, and that it ranks above or below the Pad Air in terms of quality and performance. The Pad Air, in fact, is a high-level tablet, with OLED display from 10,5 inch with refresh rate to 90 Hz, Snapdragon 860 chip, battery from 7.100 mAh e back camera from 13 MP.
Recall that the Oppo Pad comes with one 11 inch IPS LCD screen with resolution of 1600 x 2560 pixels e 120 Hz refresh rate. Has a Snapdragon 870 5G processor, an internal memory of 128 or 256 GB, a RAM of 6 or 8 GB and a battery from 8360 mAh with 33W fast charging. It has a back camera from 13 MP and an 8 MP front. It supports stylus pen and has a 3,5mm headphone jack. It has the Android 11 operating system with ColorOS 1212.
While the Oppo Pad 2 is OPPO's flagship tablet, introduced in March 2023. It has one 11,61 inch IPS LCD screen with resolution of 2000 x 2800 pixels e 144 Hz refresh rate. Has a Dimension 9000 processor, an internal memory of 256 or 512 GB, a RAM of 8 or 12 GB and a battery from 9510 mAh with 67 W fast charging. Finally, the tablet integrates a back camera from 13 MP and an 8 MP front.
