OPPO, the well-known Chinese smartphone manufacturer, is about to launch its new model on the market A79, which promises to offer great performance and long battery life. Well, today the design and features of the device have been revealed by some promotional materials shared by Sudhanshu1414 on X, the platform formerly known as Twitter.

The OPPO A79 will be equipped with a Dimensity 6020 chipset, produced by MediaTek, which guarantees good fluidity and speed in the execution of applications. There RAM memory will be 8 GBwhile its internal storage space will be 128 GB, expandable up to 1TB via a microSD card slot.
The display will be a AMOLED panel from 6,5 inches with Full HD+ resolution and 90 Hz refresh rate. At the top of the screen there will be a hole to house the 8 MP front camera, ideal for selfies and video calls.
On the back of the phone there will be two cameras: the main 50 MP with Samsung JN1 sensor, capable of capturing sharp and detailed images even in low light conditions, and the 2 MP secondary dedicated to measuring depth of field, useful for creating background blur effects.
The battery will be one of the strong points of the OPPO A79, with a capacity of 5000mAh and a technology of 33W SuperVOOC fast charging. The battery recharges fully in just 74 minutes.
The OPPO A79 will also have dual stereo speakers and an Ultra Volume mode that can increase the volume up to 300%. The design will be light and thin, with one thickness of only 7,9 mm and a weight of 175 grams. The back of the phone will have a painting that imitates a feather, to underline the lightness and elegance of the device.
Finally, the OPPO A79 promises to offer fluidity protection for 36 months, that is, to maintain the same performance as the first day for three years. The price and release date of the phone have not yet been announced, but it is assumed that it will be aimed at the Southeast Asian market.
