Oppo together withWuhan University, unveiled a special cover that helps the smartphone dissipate heat. Specifically, the cover is intended for Find X5 series smartphones, all of which carry a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor. Perhaps aware of the overheating (more or less presumed to be honest) of the Qualcomm processor, the Chinese company wanted to provide this particular cover as well. Secondo as confirmed by the company, the material uses the automatic circulation evaporative cooling function based on the principle of evaporative cooling and heat dissipation of spacecraft, as well as on the principle of sweating of the human body. But how does it work?
Glacier Mat by Oppo (this is the name) can absorb and remove the heat by evaporating the humidity when it heats up, therefore automatically absorb water when it cools. It is a passive-active heat dissipation material, which provides a new dissipation solution of heat for electronic products. In fact, any type of cover (for smartphones or not) can be made with this material.
