After poco more than a month since the release of the Find N2 series di OPPO, today a well-known Chinese leakster has revealed what should be the specifications of the next series FindN3.
OPPO Find N3 specifications leaked: larger screen and Snapdragon 8 Gen2 chip
According to the news reported by Digital Chat Station on Weibo (the Chinese Twitter), the new Find N3 will be equipped with a Sony IMX890 50 megapixel main camera, together with a Sony IMX581 48 megapixel ultra wide-angle lens and a periscope lens. The smartphone should also be equipped with Hasselblad optics and support Hasselblad software features.
As for performance, the OPPO Find N3 should be equipped with the Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Gen2 chip. This chip adopts TSMC's advanced 4nm manufacturing process. Compared to the first generation Snapdragon 8, CPU performance has improved by 35% and energy efficiency has increased by 40%. GPU performance is increased by 25% and power efficiency is improved by 45%.
As for the screen, the Find N3 should adopt a 8-inch internal display which supports a refresh rate of 120 Hz and with a resolution of 2268 x 2440. Finally, again according to the leakster, the smartphone will have a battery integrated with 4805 mAh ultra-thin type.
Compared with the currently on-sale Find N2, both the screen size, resolution and lens have been greatly improved, but the Find N series has always focused on thinness and compactness, unlike other foldable screen smartphones on the market. There is speculation that this increase in screen size is due to the increase in screen-to-body ratio, and the size and feel shouldn't change much.
Also, the price of the Find N series was not high. The price of OPPO's previous Find N2 version has a starting price of €1199,99 for the version with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal memory. The price of the Find N3 should be the same or so.
