In the first half of last year, OPPO launched the Find X3 series, followed later by the Find X3 Pro Photographer Edition in the second half of the year. This year, the OPPO Find X5 series is also expected to continue last year's strategy. The Chinese blogger Digital Chat Station has indeed given the news that OPPO will launch a new model of the Find X5 series in the second half of this year.
New OPPO Find X5 series super flagships arriving in the second half of the year
Combined with the previously revealed information, the model could be the “Super Cup” version of the Find X5 series. The smartphone is expected to be equipped with the flagship Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ processor and the self-developed Mariana MariSilicon X chip.
For the uninitiated, the Mariana MariSilicon X is a 6nm imaging specific NPU chip manufactured by TSMC. High-end flagships such as OPPO Find X5 and OPPO Find X5 Pro used this chip and the image is significantly improved.
Notably, the Mariana MariSilicon X integrates OPPO's self-developed and industry-leading MariLumi image processing unit, which can support up to 20-bit image processing and Ultra HDR ultra-dynamic range.
OPPO points out that Mariana MariSilicon X has unprecedented real-time AI computing power efficiency, industry-leading Ultra HDR capability, lossless real-time RAW processing, and RGBW Pro that maximizes sensor capabilities.
In addition, the OPPO Find X5 series models are expected to use an LTPO 2.0 screen and should support wired flash charging and wireless flash charging.
