Oppo, the well-known Chinese smartphone manufacturer, is preparing the launch of its new series of mid-range devices, the Oppo Reno 12. After presenting the model Oppo Reno 11F, which completed the Reno 11 range, the company is already focusing on the next series, which is expected to arrive in June this year.

The Oppo Reno 12 series promises to be one of the most interesting on the market, thanks to high-level technical features and innovations in the photographic sector. In fact, according to some rumors coming from China, the new Oppo smartphones will have a Sony custom lens, which will guarantee superior image quality compared to previous models.
The Oppo Reno 12 series will consist of two variants: the standard model and the Pro model. Both will have a sleek, modern design, with a curved glass back on all four sides and a 6,7-inch OLED display with FHD resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. Furthermore, they will have a 5000mAh battery with 67W fast charging support, which will allow you to charge your smartphone in poco time.
As for the differences between the two models, these will mainly concern the processor and the camera. The standard model will have a MediaTek MTK 24M processor, combined with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal memory. The rear camera will consist of two sensors: a main one of 50MP with optical image stabilization (OIS) and a secondary 8MP one. The front camera it will be too from 50MP.
Il Pro model, instead, will have a MediaTek Dimensity 9200 processor, which will represent a departure from previous rumors pointing to a Snapdragon chip. Also in this case, the RAM will be 12GB and internal memory 256GB. The rear camera will be more advanced, with a 50MP main sensor with 2x optical zoom it's one 8MP secondary. The front camera will be 50MP with autofocus.
The Oppo Reno 12 series is therefore a candidate to be one of the most competitive in the sector, offering high performance, refined design and quality camera. We just have to wait for the official launch, scheduled for June, to discover all the details and prices of these smartphones.
