A couple of days ago we reported the certification of a new OPPO branded TV. That TV came with a model number A55U0B00 and had just obtained 3C certification, the Chinese body dedicated to the certification of electronic products.
OPPO TV: There will be two 55 and 65-inch models
Well, another TV just appeared today, this time with model number A65U0B00 and again on the Chinese 3C certification site.
This means that the brand is about to launch not one but two TVs in the next few days, the “smaller” one with a 55-inch diagonal and a large 65-inch one. As for the resolutions instead, both TVs should adopt 4K panels, therefore 3840 x 2160 pixels and MEMC technology (Motion Estimation / Motion Compensation), or the technology for a better and more fluid interpolation of images.
Obviously, even if the certifications took place at different times, the two TVs should be presented together at the same event.
As some of you may know, these represent OPPO's first entry into the television industry. Also, as we can read in the certificate, the manufacturer of the two OPPO TVs will be TPV Display Technology Co., Ltd.
TPV Display Technology was founded in December 1990 and is a well-known manufacturer of computer monitors and LCD TVs.
