After being caught on the site of the IMEI certification body a couple of days ago, today what should be the next Xiaomi POCO F4 GT has obtained the American certification of the FCC (Federal Communications Commission).
POCO FCC certified F4 GT: ever closer presentation
The smartphone has been certified with model number 21121210G, hence the same model number we had seen for IMEI certification. These two certifications suggest that the launch is imminent.
Recall that in the previous generation, the Xiaomi POCO F3 GT corresponded to the global version of the Redmi K40 Gaming Edition, so it is quite likely that the next Xiaomi POCO F4 GT is the global version Redmi K50 Gaming Edition which as we know will be presented this afternoon in China.
This also means that the Xiaomi POCO F4 GT has the same hardware configuration as the e-sport version of the Redmi K50. We will then go to find a 6,67-inch OLED screen, the powerful Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor, a 64MP main camera, a 4700 mAh battery and a 120W fast charging technology.
