Today, the Poco X6 Neo made its official debut in India, marking the arrival of the latest member of the family Poco X6. This model, which follows its predecessors Poco X6 and Poco X6 Pro, stands out as the most accessible option in the series, offering slightly reduced technical specifications compared to its bigger brothers.

Il Poco X6 Neo, originally launched as Redmi Note 13R Pro in China last November, it comes with a flat chassis design and a prominent rectangular island that houses the rear cameras. Despite its competitive price, the device does not sacrifice build quality, boasting an IP54 certification for splash resistance, a thickness of just 7.69mm and a weight of 175g.
The display is one of the strong points of the Poco X6 Neo: a AMOLED from 6.67 inches with central punch-hole, frames reduced to a minimum and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. The FHD+ resolution (2400 x 1080 pixels) and the density of 394 PPI are accompanied by high-level features such as refresh rate up to 120Hz, PWM dimming at 1920Hz, instant touch sampling rate at 2160Hz and a peak brightness of 1000 nits.
Under the hood, the Poco X6 Neo is powered by the SoC MediaTek Dimensity 6080, combined with LPDDR4x RAM and UFS 2.2 internal storage. The operating system is based on Android 13 with MIUI 14 interface, and the company promises two Android updates and four years of security patches.
As regards the photographic sector, the device relies on a 108MP primary sensor with 3x in-sensor zoom support, flanked by a 2MP depth sensor. The front camera from 16MP promises quality selfies.
Il Poco X6 Neo includes a side fingerprint sensor, 3.5mm headphone jack and IR emitter, but it forgoes the MicroSD slot and is limited to a single bottom speaker. Connectivity is guaranteed by dual SIM support, 5G, WiFi 5, Bluetooth 5.3, GNSS and USB Type-C. Finally, one battery 5000mAh with support to 33W wired charging ensures adequate autonomy.
Il Poco X6 Neo is available in India at the price of 19,999 Rupees, around 220 euros at the exchange rate, for the 8GB + 128GB version and 21999 rupees, around 240 euros, for the 12GB + 256GB model.
