Probably will be two variants of Xiaomi Max

The arrival of Xiaomi's new customized interface, the MIUI 8, which will take place along with the new phablet of the company itself, is now close and the expectation of this event is starting to feel. Recently we also talked about the existence of some Xiaomi Max benchmarks showing contrasting scores / specifications | Xiaomi Mi Max: Xiaomi benchmark and CPU |. A first hypothesis regarding this "difference" in performance was attributed to the presence of Xiaomi's custom CPU (Rifle) coupled to a variant with Qualcomm Snapdragon 650 CPU. However, this hypothesis does not seem to hold much, as, as it has been said so far by society itself and how it has been reported Lao Yao, Xiaomi's proprietary processor will be addressed only to low-end devices, completely excluding its presence in the Xiaomi Max. Discarded this first hypothesis, the second seems more plausible, namely that the Xiaomi Max will have two versions, a "base" and a “premium” one, with Snapdragon 650 and Snapdragon 820 respectively.

In support of this hypothesis, a new leak comes to our aid, in which precisely we talk about the existence of two variants of the new Xiaomi phablet, the first of which will be called Xiaomi Max (which will have the Snapdragon 650) , while the second will be called Xiaomi Big which will have a Qualcomm CPU inside it Snapdragon 820 (most likely the same as Xiaomi Mi 5 from 32GB).

xiaomi-big-rumors

In addition, the presence (for the Big version) of an all-metal body, a sensor for fingerprint recognition (Qualcomm Ultrasonic?) And a display with 3D Touch technology is also reported.

If all this turned into reality, for sure the Xiaomi Big would be a true compendium of pure technology, especially if there was also the new technology Qualcomm Ultrasonic for the recognition of the fingerprint below the display. However, we would like to clarify to take everything with due precautions, as these are only rumors. However, one thing is certain, on May 10th all these puzzles will be revealed and we will keep you informed promptly!
