This morning the brand Realme has officially released the new Realme GT Neo5 SE. It is the second smartphone in the world with the powerful chip Second generation Qualcomm Snapdragon 7+, the first is the Redmi Notes 12 Turbo presented last week and already available here.

At the presentation, Realme Vice President Xu Qi said that “The Realme GT Neo5 SE could be the least 'SE' 'SE' in history and introduces three big surprises: the return of cutting-edge design, an unprecedented leap in performance, and a giant leap forward in user experience.
Specifically, the Realme GT Neo5 SE updates and returns with a Final Fantasy-style color scheme popular in the GT Neo series. The device uses a nano-level matte blending process to make the light and shadow of the gradient really cool.
At the same time, the Realme GT Neo5 SE doesn't joke about performance as it is equipped with the second generation Snapdragon 7+, a chip adopting the Snapdragon 8 series flagship core with the same technology and architecture. Especially the CPU adopts Kryo CPU 1+3+4 architecture, including 1 super core, 3 performance cores and 4 efficiency cores. The maximum main frequency of the super large core is 2,91GHz. Compared with the previous generation 7 series, the CPU performance is increased by 50%. The Snapdragon 7+ Gen2 is so powerful that it has already been dubbed a “little Snapdragon 8+”.
Furthermore, the Realme GT Neo5 SE also features a "Max" dual phase phase change heat dissipation system with "ice core".” (4500 mm² 3D tempered VC + 6580 mm² graphene micro-nano-cavity phase change material), which enables high and stable performance.
This hardware on board the Realme GT Neo5 SE powers the same screen that we find on board the Neo5, or a 6,74-inch flat display with 1,5k resolution, which has both high image quality and low power consumption. The display supports a 144 Hz refresh rate and has 4 levels of refresh rate customization depending on the application. The panel also has a ultra-high brightness of 1400 nits, 3% P100 color gamut coverage, 1,07 billion colors, and supports 2160Hz PWM high-frequency dimming, achieving high-end eye protection.
For photos, the Realme GT Neo5 SE integrates a total of three rear cameras, including one 64MP main with focal aperture of f/1,79, one ultra wide 8MP with a viewing angle of 112 degrees, an equivalent focal length of 15,8 mm and a focal aperture of f/2,2 and finally a 2MP macro lens with a focal length of 20,1 mm and a focal aperture of f/3,3. In front we find an fUltra-clear 16MP selfie camera with a focal aperture of f/2.45.
In terms of autonomy and recharging, the GT Neo5 SE is equipped with a giant 5500 mAh battery and supports the quick charge from 100 W thanks to the presence of a full-link SUPERVOOC S power management chip, which can make the phone's charging efficiency of up to 99,5%, so it is very efficient. While thanks to the AI intelligent power saving engine, the power consumption of the device is further reduced and can reach 48 hours of continuous use.
Finally, the smartphone supports Dual frequency NFC and GPS.
In terms of price, Realme GT Neo5 SE in the version 8GB+256GB is priced at 1999 yuan (267 euros), the 12GB+256GB version is priced at 2199 yuan, the 12GB+512GB version is priced at 2299 yuan, and finally the 16GB+1TB variant is priced at 2599 yuan (347 euros). The smartphone will be officially released on April 10th.
