Realme, the well-known Chinese smartphone brand, is about to launch a new model of its own series V, dedicated to low-cost 5G devices. The phone, which doesn't have an official name yet, was recently certified by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) in China and her ID photos were posted online. These are two variants, with codes RMX3781 e RMX3783, which should be very similar to the Realme 11 5G / 11x 5G presented in Taiwan.

The new Realme V comes with a modern and captivating design, with a 6,72 LCD display with Full HD+ resolution and 120 Hz refresh rate. The panel has a central hole to accommodate the 16MP front camera. The heart of the Realme V is the MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ processor, an octa-core chip with support for 5G and HyperEngine technology for gaming. The phone also offers 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal memory, expandable up to 2 TB via microSD. There battery is from 5000 mAh and supports the quick charge from 67 W, which promises to fill 100% capacity in less than an hour. The operating system is Android 13 customized with the Realme UI interface.
Among the other features of the Realme V, we point out the side unlocking via fingerprint sensor, headphone jack from 3,5 mm, the NFC chip for contactless payments and Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2 connectivity. The phone will come in two colors: blue and black.
The price of the Realme V hasn't been announced yet, but it's estimated to be around 1000 yuan (about 130 euros) for the basic version. This is a very competitive price for a 5G smartphone with high performance and a 100MP camera. The launch on the Chinese market is scheduled for September, while it is not yet known whether it will also arrive in Europe.
