After seeing the new POCO C3, which is actually nothing more than a (almost total) rebrand of the Redmi 9C, today Redmi has released a further rebrand, but this time of a product that is already part of its portfolio. These are the Redmi AirDots 2 presented in China a few months ago and which from today will be called Redmi EarBuds 2C, at least on Indian territory. The EarBuds 2C have also been accompanied by the Redmi SonicBass which make their debut in the Asian country after seeing them in Nepal.

But let's start with the Redmi EarBuds 2C which as mentioned above, are actually the Chinese Redmi AirDots 2. This means that we find 7,2 mm audio drivers, which allow a more immersive and powerful sound at low frequencies, but delicate and soft in the mid and high frequencies. At the same time, it is equipped with DSP intelligent ambient noise reduction technology, so you don't need to worry about the call quality as it can remove ambient noise and the other party will hear our voice clearly.
The earbuds are also lightweight with a single earphone weighing just 4,1 grams and 3 models of ear tips (S / M / L) are provided to fit different ear sizes, ensuring noise-free audio while still holding your ears. headphones secure even when on the move. We also have Bluetooth 5.0 and IPX4 water resistance.
Finally, in terms of battery life, the Redmi EarBuds 2C can be used for about 4 hours on a single charge, while thanks to the case you get to about 12 hours.
Redmi's 2C EarBuds will be sold in India at a price of 1499 Rupees, about 18 euros at current exchange rates. Price much more similar to what we will see in Italy in the future, if compared to what it costs in China, or about 12 euros.
