As we know, the smartphone series Redmi K70 has an official presentation date set for November 29th. Well, apparently the first live photos of the two main models have already appeared online: the Redmi K70 and Redmi K70 Pro.

The images, shared by blogger Digital Chat Station, show the two devices in Qingxue (white) and Moyu (black) colors, both with a textured design. The front part is occupied by a flat screen with a central hole for the selfie camera, while the edges are well contained. The side frame is made of polished aluminum and the curvature between the back and the sides should ensure good ergonomics.
From an aesthetic point of view, the two smartphones do not seem to differ much, but the differences are noticeable in the technical specifications. The Redmi K70 features a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, while the Redmi K70 Pro is equipped with a more powerful Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. Both chips are based on ARMv9 architecture and support 5G connectivity.
As far as the photographic sector is concerned, the Redmi K70 Pro stands out for the adoption of the "Light Hunter 800" sensor, which offers a resolution of 50MP, a size of 1/1.55 inches, a pixel size of 2.0μm and a dynamic range of 13.2EV. This is a new generation sensor, which should guarantee superior image quality in all light conditions.
The screen of the Redmi K70 Pro is also top notch, as it is a 2K CSOT panel, which uses the new C8 light material for the first time, capable of reaching a peak brightness of 4000nits and supporting a PWM dimming frequency of 3840Hz. These features should ensure optimal vision even in direct sunlight and a reduction in flickering.
The third member of the Redmi K70 family is the Redmi K70E, which is positioned in the mid-market segment. This smartphone is equipped with a Dimensity 8300-Ultra processor, a 5500mAh battery with 90W fast charging, a 1.5K screen with a central hole and a thickness of 8.05mm. The Redmi K70E also features an intelligent charging engine, which extends battery life, and a Xiaomi Starfish algorithm, which repairs the battery. According to the manufacturer, after 1000 intensive charging cycles, the effective capacity of the battery is still above 90%.
The Redmi K70 series promises to be one of the most interesting on the smartphone scene, capable of satisfying the needs of different types of (Chinese) users. To find out the prices and availability of the various models, you will have to wait for the launch event Xiaomi of 29 November.
